Frozen and defrosted for the buns, put buns in the microwave with support bags for 1.5 minutes. Be careful for HOT air!

Frozen meat: Microwave for 2.5 minutes

Defrosted meat: Microwave for 1.5 minutes

Then combine together for a delicious delicacy.
