All orders are freshly steamed to order and dispatched on a Friday. The cut off time for Friday dispatch is midday on a Friday - any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following Friday. The exception to this is if your item is a preorder or presale item. If this is the case, it will be shipped on the date specified in the item description. 

Shipping is a flat fee of £7.50 and £1 of package, regardless of your order weight. Your order will be dispatched with Royal Mail 24 or DPD, and you'll receive your parcel number via email.

Once your order has arrived, please place your items in the fridge, especially in warmer weather conditions, or store in freezer for longer time.
